The studio
We build one thing
at a time.
Boram is a small technology studio. We don't build suites or platforms. We build focused tools — each one chosen because it solves a real friction, and built to solve it well.
Why we exist
Most productivity tools try to do everything. They ship fast, add features, and grow into platforms that need onboarding videos and certification courses. We build differently. One tool. One job. Done right. Then we build the next one — and we make sure it compounds with the first.
Our principles
Small by design
We don't build platforms. We build instruments. Single-purpose, well-considered, and useful without being overwhelming.
No features for features’ sake
Everything in our products is there because it solves a real problem. We remove more than we add. The hardest part of building good software is knowing what not to build.
Built to last
We think about the experience two years from now, not just launch day. Speed, stability, and trustworthiness are baseline requirements — not differentiators.
Compounds over time
The tools we build accumulate value. Your second month with Mnemo is more valuable than your first, because Mnemo knows more about your relationships. That's the pattern we design for.

Why Boram
“The satisfaction that comes from knowing your effort was truly worthwhile.”
Boram is a Korean word. It doesn't have a perfect English translation — it describes that quiet, specific feeling you get when hard work meant something. When you did something difficult and it was worth it. We named the studio after that feeling because it's exactly what we want our users to experience. Not a dopamine hit from a streak. The real satisfaction of building something, meeting someone, or finishing something that actually mattered.
