Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 31, 2026

Introduction

Boram Technologies operates the Mnemo application at mnemo.boram.ai and the company website at boram.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Mnemo, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
  • User-generated content. Meeting notes, contact records, action items, and follow-up drafts you create in Mnemo.
  • Usage data. Basic analytics about how you use the app — page views and feature usage — to help us improve the product.
  • Device information. Browser type, operating system, and IP address, used for security and debugging purposes.

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not record, store, or process any audio or voice data.
  • We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any Google data beyond your basic profile (name, email, photo).
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not use your data for advertising.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Mnemo application
  • To authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In
  • To store and sync your meeting notes and contact records
  • To generate AI-powered features — meeting summaries, follow-up drafts, and research briefs — using your notes as input
  • To send transactional communications (such as weekly digest emails) if you have opted in
  • To improve our products and fix bugs

AI Features and Data Processing

Mnemo uses AI to help you prepare for meetings, take better notes, and follow up more effectively. When you use AI features, the content of your notes may be sent to our AI processing provider (Groq) to generate responses. This content is used only to produce the requested output and is not stored by our AI provider for training purposes.

Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted providers to deliver Mnemo:

  • Supabase. We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and backend services. Your data is stored in Supabase's infrastructure. See their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
  • Google OAuth. Sign-in is handled by Google. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Groq. AI-powered features are processed by Groq. Content sent to Groq is used solely to produce AI responses and is not retained for model training.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security policies to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Your Rights

  • Access. You can export all your data from Settings at any time.
  • Deletion. You can delete your account from Settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Correction. You can edit your notes and contact records at any time directly within the app.

Children's Privacy

Mnemo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Mnemo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
